Mystery Switch BA-3790 Empty Mystery Switch BA-3790

Have a mystery switch on the wall between the sink and stove (BA-3790 Park model 1992). Would like to know what it possible turns on and off so as to have some where to start looking. It may have been disconnected by the previous owner. any ideas would help. Most models would probable be the same switch functions based on location.
