transmition repair
My son borrowed my Bonair tent trailer and after using it, he found that he could not get it to go down. Being in Southern Alberta, I phoned those that i could expect help from and they all stated that my 1976 Bonair was too old and I would not be able to find parts. They were not willing to check it out for me either.
I talked to another owner who had the same problem, and he said that the problem is in the transmition. He was talking about the box just inside the frame where the gears are located to allow the top to be moved up and down by the use of the cables.
My question is - - - Is there anywhere that I could get some parts for my trailer?

Re: transmition repair
Not to worry, I got the same reply on my 2003 model.
In fact I had to pressure an RV dealer even to look at the trailer.
Sorry, no recommendation on where to look.
